Chi è e cosa fa l’Banking and Financial Arbitrator?

L’ Arbitro è un organismo indipendente e imparziale che decide – in pochi mesi – chi ha ragione e chi torto.

The client, può rivolgersi all’Arbitro dopo aver tentato di risolvere il problema direttamente con la banca o l’intermediario.
Le decisioni non sono vincolanti, come quelle del giudice, ma se l’intermediario non le rispetta, il suo inadempimento è reso pubblico.

The referee can decide on what banks and financial institutions?
