It is a new tool available home page on the Consob website that in a few clicks puts investors in a position to figure out if the financial offer that are going to evaluate is promoted by persons authorized by CONSOB or not.
Watch out for scams! It gives easy access to the databases of the Consob, where lists of authorized persons and the alarm bells played by Consob with regard to unauthorized persons and abusive deals are available. Consob recommended to always consult Watch out for scams!, before accepting any type of financial offers.
In the container for Eye of scams! savers can find regular updates of the reports relating to illegal offers of products and services. If the name of the company making a bid does not appear in the Consob list, it means that the offer is abusive. It is the first alarm signal to understand that the offer under consideration may constitute fraud.
