During the current pandemic, we have discovered another reason to emphasize how important the house we live in is (rented or owned) become more and more “personal refuge” where to find protection, warmth and safety.
In fact, many are using their homes for work – both as an employee and as a self-employed worker – normally carried out in company offices, discovering how easy it is to manage them thanks to multiple innovative digital tools.
In an age of restrictions imposed by social distancing, a recente studio Fraunhofer FIT – preceded by a survey on work from home, useful to know how the market for companies and workers is experiencing it and which takes into account temporal changes and learning processes, – he listed 4 essential factors for the proper functioning of the home office:
- A good technological equipment
- Regular meetings with the team
- A distinction should be made between private life and work environments
- Adequate spaces
For the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency fromCOVID-19 (coronavirus) the Italian government has also issued various provisions to recommend maximum use of the agile way of working (smart working) for activities that can be carried out at home or remotely.
