In 2021 in Italy there have been about 750 thousand house sales. Compared to 2020 there has been an increase of the same equal to 34%. The Region with the greatest increase in the number of sales is Lombardy. Among the large cities, the greatest increases are observed in Rome, Genova, Florence and Turin.
