The report, easy to consult and supported by an interactive version, is divided into five thematic areas:
- Trades: in 2022the home sales market recorded a decline of 5,69%. The unders 36 drive the real estate market: the age range between 18-35 years is the one from which in 2022 the largest purchase of buildings was made (28,57% the totale), also recording a slight growth compared to 2021;
