Knowing the basics of personal finance is the best investment for every household

I recently celebrated the 15th anniversary of my blog Economiafamiliare.it, founded in 2010 to promote financial education among Italian families. In this long journey, I continued to publish articles, guides and insights on topics such as saving, Insurance, mortgages and investments.

In addition to the blog I have also been active in teaching at Universities of the Third Age and I attended events like the Milan Savings Fair. I also published two e-books and I collaborate with magazines and traditional media to disseminate practical and accessible content.

I hope that the impact of my work on financial education in Italy has been significant, above all for my commitment to making complex concepts accessible to a broad and non-specialist audience.

Here are some key aspects of my contribution to the spread of financial education in Italy:

📚 Spread of financial culture

  • Through Economiafamiliare.it, I created a digital space where families can find out about saving, investments, mortgages and social security.
  • My articles are practical and oriented towards everyday life, facilitating understanding even for those with little familiarity with finance.

🏫 Education and training

  • I collaborate with organizations such as Unitre for economic literacy courses aimed at adults and citizens in general.
  • I participate in events like the Salone del Risparmio, contributing to the national debate on financial education.

📈 Social impact

🧠 Recognition and influence

  • I am cited in academic and institutional contexts as an example of effective dissemination.
  • My work fits into a panorama where Italy still has room for improvement in financial literacy, and initiatives like mine are key to filling these gaps.

I firmly believe that talking about money shouldn't be taboo. Managing your finances is an act of responsibility, but also of care for oneself and one's family.

My approach is strongly oriented towards practicality and inclusion, trying to bridge the gap between citizens and financial instruments. I stand out for my ability to translate complex economic concepts into useful tools that are immediately applicable in daily life. Here's how I make it:

🛠️ Concrete tools for families

🧪 Experiential teaching

  • In Unitre courses and public events, usage practical exercises, quizzes and simulations of financial choices.
  • I favor the direct involvement of the public, inviting you to bring bills, contracts or estimates to analyze together.

📬 Accessible communication

  • I write clearly and directly, avoiding technicalities and favoring examples taken from everyday life.
  • I answer questions via email and social media, transforming readers' doubts into new informative content.

🎯 Focus on autonomy

  • The goal is to make every citizen capable of making informed decisions, without depending on consultants or intermediaries.
  • I promote the transparency in financial products, explaining how to read a contract or evaluate an offer.

In summary, I don't just "talk about finance": I put it in people's hands, with tools, examples and dialogue.

Thanks.
