The changes, affect all securities received from 1 August (included) regardless of the expiration of the license; the amendment of fact is not related to the maturity of the security, but varies according to the day when the title is recessed.
The companies are notifying their network of brokerage that all securities (renewal deadlines, intermediate deadlines, newly issued policies, Appendices, substitutions at maturity and / or under contract) issued before 31 July expiring later than or equal to 1 August will be generated with the current set (12,5%); the night of 31 July and 1 August all the titles in the backlog was applying the new rates will be adjusted depending on the province of residence of the owner.
Here below some practical examples:
- Title expiring on 25 July 2011 collected the 31 July 2011: the prize will not be affected since cashed before 1 August;

- Title expiring on 4 August 2011 cashed the August 1 2011: the prize will not be affected because the tax rate will have been updated;

Companies recommend the same attention in the management of the printed receipts and bills issued but not completed within 31 July pv. and, in this regard, suggest brokers to avoid accumulation of policies issued without the certainty of cash by the date indicated on.
Also suggest brokers to:
- Remove all receipts and bills not collected and delivered to employees or sub-agents still lying in the agency;
- Keep the material collected in an envelope and make it available specialists in the area and / or administrative inspectors, as required by Administrative Rules;
- Reprint, the same for collection, The paper (simplo, receipt, etc..) with the correct tax.
