UNI National Agency for Standardization, recognized by the Italian and European Union that studies, approves and publishes voluntary technical standards in all industrial sectors, commercial service sector.
I booked the standard, UNI is the latest 11402/2011 "Financial education of the citizen: service requirements " (a guide that provides a framework of financial education staff, possible for both types of service requirements for both its design and delivery).
The process of financial education allows a person to acquire and use the best possible knowledge and skills to manage their behavior in a conscious way of financial planning and economic asset to achieve the goals it has set for himself and his family.
The standard provides a framework for the types of workforce and service possible for its design requirements and delivery requirements with particular emphasis on:

Transparency in relations;

Independence of financial education;
-
Definition of roles and responsibilities of those involved.
The standard applies to all subjects, wishing to design public and private, make delivery and evaluation of financial education services of any kind and nature.
Workshop tecnico, where it is today were presented and discussed the initiatives and proposals for concrete actions to develop financial education in line with this UNI, in favor of the citizen and in support of the Italian welfare.
It 'was a good comparison and exchange of ideas and good practice to ensure that there can be synergy between the parties representative of civil society members who want a "system" in order to improve the welfare of citizens and future prospects, However, ensuring the quality of financial education in accordance with UNI 11402/2011.
