It is said that in Italy there is the crisis.
Surely there is a crisis, but a few comments on our country it is necessary.
In the first instance I think the first companies that have closed were those who worked evil, quelle che non si sono innovate, etc..
Then there is the question of bureaucracy and the lack of concern of the Public Institutions (resulting mainly from the old monopoly in telecommunications infrastructure and energy, by stifling bureaucracy at all levels, etc.) against those who want to invest, create a self-employment and job creation, far “girare” in qualche modo l’economia.
I heard for example the story of several cases where, to open a laundromat small potential entrepreneurs, hanno dovuto attendere fino a sei mesi per l’incremento della corrente elettrica, undergoing initial costs of financing the purchase of machinery, Local rent, etc., without being able to cash a euro from their activities could not start.
Several books and surveys well tell the difficulties faced by those who want to do business in our country:
Volevo solo vendere la pizza (Garzanti Narratori)
But also important to stress on the phenomenon of companies too small (in size, con “addetti tuttofare” con inevitabili poche competenze e quindi non pronte per esempio, to innovate by investing in technologically advanced machinery), but also Companies "too much and for too long" tied to bank financing (ci deve essere un momento in cui l’Azienda non ha più bisogno della “bombola dell’ossigeno”).
Poi c’è la questione Scuola/Lavoro (capitalized to highlight the importance). Ho già scritto e riscritto più volte del paradosso tutto italiano che vede da un lato percentuali di disoccupazione nel nostro Paese a doppia cifra, and other companies that are struggling to find the profiles they need to grow.
As well as the lack of knowledge of the languages in a market, by now, increasingly international, che vede perfino laureati italiani, also with doctorates, totally unable to hold a conversation in any foreign language commercial.
E che dire poi dell’incertezza dimostrata da chi, alla ricerca di un posto di lavoro, a domande tipo: What would you like to do? Have passions, an area of your interest where you would like to work? Rispondono genericamente “qualunque cosa trovo va bene”.
So the issues on the table are many and show that there is a need for all (Institutions, Businesses, Citizens) of rimboccarsi le maniche per superare la Crisi.
