In 2018 ABF has received over 27 thousand complaints (the 12% less than in 2017), well distributed throughout the country:
- The appeals related to financing against the assignment of salary or pension (abbr. CQS) account for over 70% appeals in Calabria Sicily, Puglia Campania and Sardinia, for less than 50% in Trentino, Marche and Veneto.
- ATM and card appeals weigh more than 15% in Emilia Romagna, Trentino, Veneto and Marche, for less than 6% in Sardinia, Calabria and Sicily.
According to the supervisory reporting data, in 2018 complaints received by intermediaries grew by 10%.
