What is the degree of understanding of the policies offered
from the market?
These are the key questions that started last year 6 July the first national survey to measure the level of insurance knowledge of Italians.
The research was commissioned by Ivass and will be conducted in collaboration with the University of Milan-Bicocca and the BVA and DOXA research institutes through interviews with a sample of citizens, randomly selected from the electoral roll.
The information will be made anonymous and the answers analyzed in an aggregate manner. The identity of the participants will remain totally unknown. Joining the initiative is voluntary.
The results of the survey will be used by IVASS to understand the level of perception of insurance needs by the citizen and to better target the actions to protect them and the initiatives to develop the insurance culture. The results will be published on the website www.ivass.it.
