On the one hand, since the beginning of the pandemic in Italy, the use of personal cars to get around and thus avoid crowded public transport has increased.
On the other the Italian government continues to provide incentives and contributions to change the car (both new and used) with the aim of having more and more vehicles circulating with low polluting emissions.

But according to recent research by Arrestor (important consultancy company highly specialized in the automotive sector) only 3 their 10 they are aware of the incentives on used vehicles and declare that they understand how they work. They are indeed 8 their 10 Italians who would consider purchasing a used car with incentives. 4 their 10 they are not clear about the methods of accessing the incentives and the 6% he doesn't know them.
