The use of digital channels for banking operations is increasing in 2022: active customers on Mobile Banking grow by 13,1% while those who operate via Internet Banking from the Web Portal of 3,3%.

The ever more present App on your smartphone allows access to mobile banking which has now become a trend given that, according to the latest annual report produced by ABI Lab, in the last ones 5 years (2018-2022) bank customers who log in with their own portable device have almost doubled.
