Dallo scorso 24 July the postage costs for fines reached approx 11,05 €. To avoid paying them, you can register your PEC in the National Index of digital domiciles.
It is indeed possible since last 06 June 2023, for any adult citizen and holder of a PEC address, indicate on Digital home his PEC email as one's own Digital home and receive all communications from Public administration in digital format, free, and with legal value directly in your inbox.
We read on the institutional portal that: “The Digital home it is the electronic address chosen from a certified email service (PEC) or a qualified certified electronic delivery service, as defined by eIDAS Regulation, valid for the purposes of electronic communications having legal value pursuant to the article 1, paragraph 1, letter n-ter of the CAD (Digital Administration Code)”.
The use of Digital home This allows you to save on the costs of various services, such as the total cancellation of postage costs (envelopes, press, stamps, etc..) o the reduction of the time and paper costs of sending a communication with legal value.
