It is the joint research of Bankitalia/Istat The richness of institutional sectors in Italy: 2005-2022 to report the main data on wealth in Italy:

At the end of 2022 the net wealth of Italian families, measured as the sum of non-financial assets (homes, land, etc..) and financial assets (deposits, titles, actions, etc..) net of liabilities (short term loans, in the medium and long term, etc..), totaled 10.421 billion €. Over half of the gross wealth of Italian families was made up of non-financial assets (55,2%) and in particular from homes (46,3%) and non-residential properties (5,6%).

We read about the research that the average wealth per capita of families is equal to 176thousands of euros. Housing weighs on the 46,3%.

The financial assets of Italian families are distributed across 1.626 billions of euros in bank deposits. 1,24 billions in stocks and derivatives. 1,21 billions in insurance reserves, 767 millions in mutual funds and 227 millions in securities (of the State first and foremost).
