It was held in Rome last 17 June Welfare Day event dedicated to the protagonists of the Supplementary Welfare in its broadest sense (health care, supplementary pension, supplementary insurance cover for self-sufficiency, predeceasing, inability, injury and inactivity).
Main theme of the edition 2014, the fourth organized by Previmedical in collaboration with RBM Health, was "Building the New Health Care Statements".
At the event, were presented the first results of new research "The Role of Health Integrative Healthcare System in Italian", conducted by RBM Health in collaboration with the CENSIS (Study Centre for Social Investment: socio-economic research institute founded in 1964 and chaired by Rita Joseph), with the objective of verifying from a significant sample of citizens assisted by the Health Funds (over 2.000.000 people) waiting times, the costs and sources of funding for each treatment.

But we see highlights of the research: More and more Italians who pay from their own pockets health services that the public no longer guarantees (the private health expenditure is equal to the Italians 26,9 are in billion € 2013 up 3% compared to 2007).
Is visited by the medical practitioner who pays first, as well as for diagnostic tests and rehabilitation biblical times waiting (for example, to perform an eye examination have to wait on average 74 days, in the private sector only 7 days).

Finally, the 38,5% of Italian (were the 28,5% in 2011) believes that the health of their region has worsened, while one million and two hundred thousand Italians cared abroad for a serious health problem.
