There will be nine thematic areas that will trace the narrative thread of the 4th Salone dei Pagamenti, to be held on 6,7 and 8 November in Milan at the MiCo-Milano Congressi (with free admission to the public):
- The future of global payments
- Bank (R)evolution
- The new Tech frontier
- Shopping
without contbefore - Open
banking e platform economy - Privacy & Safety
- Digitalife and new generations
- Towards a digital society
- Fintech e Open Innovation
Different but closely related areas of reflection that allow you to explore the entire horizon of the digital transformation underway.
A large exhibition area is planned, where you can meet the leading companies in innovation and do direct experience of the novelties, and a very rich series of sessions and workshops.
In the three days of duration a high flow of participants is expected – over 400 the speakers of the edition 2018, 90 sessions, more than a hundred partner companies involved, more than 10 thousand visitors - also thanks to the great talk about cash (with the limits on use that advance and retreat from time to time with changes in government) and digital payments (for which facilitations are also being invented that push them more and more).
Therefore, on the one hand, those who, in order to combat tax evasion and illegal payments, propose taxing deposits, cash withdrawals and to facilitate "traceable" payments (menu, digital pay, app, wire transfers, etc..) and on the other, those who defend it as an instrument of freedom, saying no to rigid constraints and arguing that the ownership of cash belongs to those who spend it and not to those who issue it.
